We proudly offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan through our trusted logistics partner, TCS. Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly during public holidays, special promotions, or unforeseen weather or operational delays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email, allowing you to monitor your package in real time.

You can cancel your order before the item is shipped.
We allow changes or amendments to your order within 24 hours of order placement. If you wish to make any modifications, please contact our customer service team promptly with your order details.
Amendments requested after 24 hours may incur additional charges, depending on the nature and extent of the changes. After a thorough review of your request, these charges will be communicated to you.
To avoid delays or complications, we recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Please note that we do not accept returns for online orders. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before making a purchase.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please get in touch with our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for another product. To initiate an exchange, please follow the steps below:
- Inform our support team by emailing shop@afzalsuiting.com within 7 days of purchase to request approval for the exchange.
- Once approved, bring the item along with the original receipt to the nearest Maria B store.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability and approval.

- Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay in cash when your order is delivered to your doorstep.
